The operation of this online store is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, in particular its chapter on transactions carried out through electronic means), the Commercial Code (Código de Comercio, provisions on electronic commerce), and the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025, "LFPDPPP"). This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the country or state where you reside.

Purchases are subject to those documents. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and the total amount, including any taxes or charges, is shown before you confirm your order.

PART 2 — COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE (AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD INTEGRAL)

This Comprehensive Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the LFPDPPP. It complements our Privacy Policy; in case of conflict regarding the processing of personal data by Nuvera Zone as a data controller established in Mexico, this notice prevails. I. Identity and domicile of the data controller

Jennifer Alejandra Rodríguez Ávila (RFC: ROAJ060627PM2), doing business under the trade name Nuvera Zone, with domicile at De La Libertad 31, 76148 Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. II. Personal data we process

• Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number.
• Shipping and billing data: shipping address and billing address.
• Transaction data: products purchased, order amounts, order history, returns and communications related to your orders.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Nuvera Zone does not store your full card number.
• Technical and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and information on how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not request or process sensitive personal data (such as health, religious beliefs, sexual preference or biometric data).

III. Purposes of processing

V. ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (Access); to request the correction of your data if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to request that we delete it from our records when it is no longer necessary (Cancellation); and to oppose its use for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any ARCO right, send a request to nuverablenderport@gmail.com including: (a) your full name and an email address or other means to receive our response; (b) a document that proves your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person acting on your behalf; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise; and (d) any other element or document that helps us locate your personal data (for example, your order number). In the case of rectification requests, please indicate the changes to be made and provide supporting documentation.

We will respond to your request by email within the time frames established by the LFPDPPP and, if it is appropriate, we will make it effective within the legal period following our response.

VI. Revoking your consent

You may revoke the consent you have granted for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending your request to nuverablenderport@gmail.com, following the same procedure described for ARCO rights. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to process your request immediately, since we may need to keep certain data to comply with a legal obligation, and that revoking consent for the necessary purposes may make it impossible to complete an order in progress.
